Police investigating accident near PMH

BRAWLEY — Police were completing a report on a traffic collision that occurred near Pioneers Memorial Hospital here Wednesday evening.

The collision, reported at 7:11 p.m., happened at the intersection of Legion Road and Highway 86 when a vehicle driven by David Angulo, 19, of El Centro collided with a vehicle driven by M.K. Tuck, 48, of Brawley, said Brawley police Lt. Henry Graham.

Graham said there were no major injuries reported in the collision. More information on the accident was not available this morning.

Brawley fire Capt. Mark Franks said three patients were transported to Pioneers by ambulance. Police logs indicate only two people were involved in the wreck, Graham said.
