BRAWLEY — A 36-year-old Brawley man walked into the Fire Department here for medical attention after he was allegedly attacked behind Ciudad Plaza on Thursday morning.

The man refused to tell authorities anything about the attack, which occurred before 8:30 a.m. Thursday, said Brawley police Lt. Henry Graham.

Brawley fire Capt. Jesse Zendejas said the man was treated for cuts to his left forearm and was advised he should go to Pioneers Memorial Hospital in Brawley for further treatment, but he declined.
