Spend Easter in the Glamis sand dunes with the American Sand Association this weekend.
The organization plans two Easter egg hunts.
A children's noncompetitive hunt is tentatively set for 11 a.m. Saturday. The gathering point will be the U.S. Bureau of Land Management ranger station on Gecko Road.
A second hunt, for off-road enthusiasts, is set for 11 a.m. Sunday. The starting point is Boardmanville.
The La Verne-based nonprofit organization is dedicated to fighting for the right of people to use public lands, with its primary focus now on the dunes at Glamis.
