We know that spring has arrived here in the Valley. The flowers start blooming, we see leaves on trees and the grass is turning green.
Just as spring brings new life to the environment, we also can receive new life. We receive new life by believing and accepting what God's son, Jesus, did for us.
You may ask, "What has Jesus done for me?" Just think, Jesus loved us so much that He offered His outstretched arms by dying on the cross for you and me.
One of my favorite songs that reminds me of what Jesus did for us is the following: "And when I think that God, His son not sparing, sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in. That on the cross my burden gladly bearing, He bled and died to take away my sin. Then sings my soul, my savior God, to thee. How great thou art, how great thou art! Then sings my soul, my savior God, to thee. How great thou art, how great thou art!"
