Cal Poly San Luis Obispo volleyball camp

Sign-ups are being accepted for the seventh annual Cal Poly San Luis Obispo volleyball camp for junior high and high school volleyball players. The camp will run Monday through June 20 at Imperial Valley College and cost is $150. Space is limited to 40 people. For more information contact Jill Tucker at 355-6326.

Youth girls

The Holtville High School girls basketball team will host a youth girls camp from 9 a.m. to noon today through Friday in the high school gym. Cincinnati Reds

tryout camp

The Cincinnati Reds Major League Baseball organization will conduct a tryout camp for players between the ages of 16 and 23 at 9 a.m. June 23 at Central Union High School in El Centro. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and players must bring their own uniforms, gloves and spikes. Players under 21 must have a liability waiver signed by their parents to participate. Liability waivers are available prior to the camp by contacting Fred Yturralde at 353-8912.


Brawley Pop Warner

Brawley Pop Warner will have sign-ups from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the Lions Center kitchen for potential football players and cheerleaders. Cost to participate is $60 and a copy of a birth certificate, a recent photo and a copy of the child's last report card are required. Brawley basketball camp

Registration is being accepted for the Brawley Union High School basketball camp, which will be Monday through June 21 and June 25-28. The cost is $35 per camper or $30 for two or more participants. For more information call Phil Grant at 344-3560 or 344-2684.

Men's softball league

Registration is being accepted for the Calexico Recreation Department's men's softball league. The cost is $250 per team. For more information call Jamie at 768-7492.

Southwest High School volleyball camp

The Southwest High School volleyball team will host a volleyball camp from 1 to 5 p.m. July 9-12 at the Southwest gymnasium in El Centro. The camp is open to boys and girls in grades third through ninth and cost is $40 for the first child and $35 for each additional sibling. Holtville football camp

The Holtville Touchdown Club will host a full-contact extra point football camp from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday through June 22 at Holtville High School. Cost is $30 per player. For more information call Jim Sturgeon at 356-4284.

Brawley girls basketball camp

Junior golf tournament

Bullfrogs' golf tournament
