Brawley council to stage hearing on bike master plan, costs

BRAWLEY — The City Council here Tuesday will conduct a public meeting on the city's proposed bicycle master plan and discuss the costs associated with a proposed bicycle and pedestrian path that could run from Cattle Call Park to Pat Williams Park.

The City Council will meet at 7 p.m. in the council chambers, 225 A St.

The council also could:

· request to waive the consultant selection process and authorize a contact with Water 3 Engineering Inc. to customize a wastewater pre-treatment ordinance in an amount not to exceed $11,000.

· select consultants for the Community Development Block Grant street-improvement program.

· select consultants to provide construction management and inspection services for K Street and Cattle Call Drive upgrades.
