More on Democrat hypocrisy

July 03, 2001

We are reading more and more about tainted food being imported from South America. Some have met their demise consuming these products. The U.S. Department of Agriculture should be more alert in allowing these perishables into the country or improve on its inspection standards.

On another note; our governor is upset with the president because he wants California to burn cleaner fuel in our vehicles. I always thought that the Democrats were for improving our air quality, but I suppose the governor's political future is more important then the welfare of the people. Interesting how a person's true belief surfaces when made to decide between your political future and the reasons you were voted into office in the first place.

I also can remember that the Democrats are h—bent on breaking the tobacco industry but they see fit to bribe the homeless by giving them cigarettes to vote for them.

Oh, by the way, did Sen. Barbara Boxer sell her energy stock while it was at the normal price or did she wait to make a windfall profit after she fleeced the flock?
