In my opinion, it is truly a marvel indeed for one to know the facts concerning the conditions on Mars and still remain optimistic about our chances of establishing a station, much less a community of sorts, on the Red Planet. Another Garden of Eden it is not.
If you're hazy about the facts, may I suggest the nearest encyclopedia. In the meantime, don't save a seat for any pessimists. I won't be going. The travel time alone would be unbearable. It's all those months of stewing in my negative thoughts, you see.
