On Saturday Dynamo faced Pegasus and tied 0-0 thanks to a penalty kick save by Dynamo goalkeeper Martin Espinoza.

Dynamo co-head coach Jim Graham said, "I'm very happy with their performance.

"This is the second final in a row. The last one was three weeks ago, which we lost," he said.

"This time we'd like to come home winners," he added.

Dynamo co-head coach Steve Walker said, "We still have to improve for State Cup but we're competitive and we certainly have talented players."

Graham and Walker spoke highly of Jerry Barrios of El Centro and Pedro Ramirez of Heber, new additions to the squad this year.

Barrios replaced as a replacement for Lance Johnson of Imperial, who broke his leg.
