l The Brawley Gateway plan could be finalized. The council will discuss and possibly finalize the specific plan that details the infrastructure.

The project would build residential commercial and light industrial development east of Highway 86 in the southwest section of the city. That property is now farmland owned by Brawley residents Steven and Thomas Church.

l Action will be taken on a resolution that would lend $25,000 to R & D Aluminum Foundry from the Community Redevelopment Agency to relocate from Fontana to Brawley.

Roy Mickey is seeking a loan for building repairs, roofing, warehouse doors, painting and landscaping to property on 530 Malan St.

l Council members will discuss and are expected to take action on a resolution that would approve a contract with Pountney & Associates to provide engineering services for the preparation of bidding documents for the water and sewer line program.

The water and sewer line program would call for replacement of 48,000 feet of 4-inch, 6- inch and 8-inch cast iron and other substandard waterlines.
