Thank you, people of El Centro. Your medical services in the region are second to none. The greatest and most famous hospitals in the country cannot outdo you in the most important ingredient necessary for human need — caring for the patient with compassion, dedication to serving with love.
An 83-year-old snowbird am I, presently recovering from a major illness including surgery at El Centro Regional Medical Center. Please accept my appreciation and hope it may help you to better evaluate what you have.
My personal experience in the medical field give some qualification to judge love and giving care. One cannot exist without the other. The major part of my life has been devoted to ownership of a care and rehab medical unit near San Francisco within several miles of Stanford University Hospital. Many years ago these words were placed over our entrance. "With God all things are possible."
