Lesicka honored for sales, building excellence

BRAWLEY — Lesicka Construction has received three awards for sales volume and construction excellence from CBC Building Systems.

The awards were presented at CBC's recent authorized builders' meeting in Lake Tahoe.

Lesicka earned a top 10 shipment volume award for 2001 as the fourth-leading authorized builder in dollar value of CBC systems and products shipped for its customers. It earned a $4 million cumulative volume award for having achieved that total value of shipments.

Additionally, the company earned a building award for a 20,000 square-feet office and storage facility for Mayflower transit in Indio.

Lesicka Construction was established in 1960 as a custom home builder and subsequently expanded into commercial construction and commercial and residential remodeling. Company specialties include retail strip mall construction and cold storage buildings for produce growers and distributors. Lesicka primarily serves customers in Imperial and Riverside counties. It has been an authorized CBC builder since 1989.

CBC Steel Buildings, headquarters in Lathrop, manufactures custom-engineered metal building systems for commercial, industrial, agricultural and other nonresidential applications. Its systems are designed for use with traditional building materials as well as metal components.
