Alfredo 'Perro' Angulo released from pound

Mexicali professional boxer Alfredo “Perro” Angulo was released from the ICE detention center in El Centro on Tuesday according to an article on ESPNdeportes.com

Angulo spent eight months in the detention center while his immigration issues were fixed.

His new promoter, Oscar De La Hoya, said Angulo could fight in December, in a fight card that features Saul “Canelo” Alvarez taking on Miguel Angel Cotto, in an article published by Mexican newspaper Reforma.
